Returns & Refunds Policy

We love you, so much so, that we are giving you the best online shopping experience through our “Shop With Ease,Hassle-Free Returns” Program. Below are the guidelines that aim to assist you should you encounter problems with the products you have ordered from us.Please be reminded that all products and items are subject to availability.

  1. We will accept returns (your product in exchange for a different one) within three (3) business days after the delivery date of products that are in the following conditions:
    • The quality of the product is not what I hoped for
    • Product size does not fit your space
    • Style and color does not match the theme of your place
    • You want to change the color of the product you have purchased
    Take Note: You must return the product to seller in the same condition you received it, item that has been damaged or opened will not be eligible for return. Product can be returned thru lbc shipping, pick up, meet up or drop off at seller store you may coordinate with seller for this. Once seller has checked the product and is deemed approved fro return, The Nest Genie will credit the refunded amount minus a RESTOCKING FEE of 10% or 500 pesos of the total amount (whichever is higher) to your account.
  2. We will accept refunds within three (3) business days after the purchase date of products that are in the following conditions:
    • Damaged or defective product
    • Product accessory is missing
    • Product was not delivered
    • Product was proven to be counterfeit
    • Product was wrongly advertised
    • Wrong product was delivered


  1. To request for a return/refund, please proceed to your dashboard and click the return button. You will be shown the option to refund/return the product. Don’t forget to explain the reason for your choice in 200 words or less.
  2. You can email us at [email protected] so we can assist you in making this a smooth transaction. You and the seller must both agree for the return/refund process to commence. Upon agreement, for RETURNS kindly prepare the product to ship back to seller. However for REFUNDS, seller will coordinate with your for pick up or meet up for the item to be returned. Allow the seller to perform quality-check on the product before return/refund can be approved.
  3. Once the seller approves, here’s what will happen next:
    RETURN: the seller will take your purchased product in exchange for the amount you purchased minus a re-stocking fee of PhP500 or 10% of the total amount (whichever is higher) which will be credited to your account. The seller or The Nest Genie will not refund the price difference if your new chosen product’s price is lower. Your new product must be of the same price or higher*.
    *customers must pay the price difference if the chosen new product is higher than the previous amount
    REFUND: the seller will take your purchased product in exchange for the full amount you have paid and the money will be credited back to your TNG wallet. If you choose to have it reversed in your credit card (only valid for credit card payments) please email [email protected] and it will be reversed within 30 to 45 business days.
  4. All products must be in its original selling condition and complete with original packaging.
  5. Please send it back to the seller the same way it was packed and shipped to you.
  6. The seller and The Nest Genie have the right to refuse all returns/replacements/refunds for the following conditions:
    • Product is no longer in its original form and condition
    • Product’s original packaging is broken
    • Product is already assembled and modified
    • Product was bought during a sale and/or using a gift certificate or coupon
    • Product was personalized and/or custom-made
    • Products under “appliances”, “personal care”, “scent and oil” and “beddings and pillows” categories
    • Products marked as “Non-Returnable”
