Returns & Refunds Policy
The Nest Genie will accept returns (your product in exchange for a different one) within seven (7) business days after the delivery date of products that are in the following conditions:
- The quality of the product is not what I hoped for
- Product size does not fit your space
- Style and color does not match the theme of your place
- You want to change the color of the product you have purchased
For items that meet these conditions [RETURN/EXCHANGE], customer MUST SHIP BACK product/s to TNG or seller in the same condition as received. Item that has been opened or damaged will not be eligible for return.
Customer can request for a pick-up of items from their home for a fee of P100-150.00
Once seller has checked the product and is deemed approved for return, The Nest Genie will credit the refunded amount minus a RESTOCKING FEE of 10% or 500 pesos of the total amount (whichever is higher) to your Nest Wallet.
TNG will not refund full amount or price difference for new chosen item. If chosen exchange item is higher, customer will pay for the price difference.
We will accept refunds within seven (7) business days after the purchase date of products that are in the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective product
- Product accessory is missing
- Product was not delivered
- Product was proven to be counterfeit
- Product was wrongly advertised
- Wrong product was delivered
For items that meets REFUND criteria, TNG or seller will coordinate with the pick up or meet up for the item to be returned.
Customer and the seller must both agree for the return/refund process to commence. Once item has been returned to seller, customer should allow the seller to perform quality-check again on the product before refund can be fully approved.
