Unfortunately, we do not assemble furnitures but we can refer you to someone who can help you in assembling your item. Just send us an email at [email protected].
All items posted on our website are available unless otherwise stated. If your item is currently sold out you can add it to your wishlist and we will inform you once seller has restocked the item.

Only you or an authorized person can pick-up your order. Your representative must present a photocopy of a valid government ID and your authorization letter.

When the order has been placed, you can no longer cancel your order due to the payment gateway processing but if you may refer to our return policy.
Your order has a production lead time. You will receive the item (after the production lead time indicated in the product description) within 3 to 5 business days if you’re in Manila, and 7 to 10 days if you’re in provincial areas.

Yes, we do. You can purchase it on the website. Upon receipt of payment, we will e-mail you and your friend a coupon code that you can use for shopping.
Do not make a payment outside The Nest Genie website. If someone asked you for your payment, please report it to us immediately by sending transaction details to [email protected]  The Nest Genie will never ask you to send your payment to any personal bank account or remittance center.
